Online booking with card-on-file deposit holds through Square. Timely cancellations release the hold automatically; late cancels and no-shows follow the policy your shop sets and discloses.

Clients opt in to text messages when booking an appointment or completing intake with a participating business, by checking an unchecked consent box or replying to a confirmation request. Consent is collected per purpose: appointment messages (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes) and promotional messages (rebooking offers, reviews) require separate consent. Consent to one is never treated as consent to the other, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Depending on the consent you've given: appointment confirmations, reminders approximately two days and one day before your appointment with reschedule/cancel links, and — only with promotional consent — occasional rebooking or review invitations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel messages from that business; you'll receive one final confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further on that channel. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP or contact support@summitatrium.com for assistance. Every message attempt — sent or suppressed — is logged.
Messages are sent only during permitted local hours (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in the business's time zone). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for messaging are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Messaging data is used solely to deliver the messages you opted into, on behalf of the business you gave consent to.
When a business you patronize uses Summit Atrium, we process on that business's behalf: contact details (name, phone, email), appointment and pet-care records (including vaccination records where the business requires them), consent records, and transaction records. Payment cards are processed by Square; Summit Atrium does not store card numbers.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, payments, message delivery) receive only what's needed to perform their function.
Records are retained as long as the business relationship and applicable law require, and protected with encryption in transit and at rest. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact the business you patronize or support@summitatrium.com; we support the business in honoring your request as the law provides.
